Juventus have increased thier offer for Amauri and there are suggestions that the deal will be concluded on Thursday.

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Palermo and Juventus officials will meet tommorrow in an attempt to reach an agreement over the Brazilian.

This is one of the longest running transfer saga's in Serie A and Bianconeri chiefs want to conclude the deal sooner rather than later and they have upped the stakes in an attempt to convince the Rosanero. The Old Lady are offering Amauri 3m per season even though the player has asked for 3.7m.

Juve have increased their bid however, by offering Palermo 15m for the player. In previous talks the Bianconeri had offered Palermo 11m. As part of the deal, Juve will be throwing in Antonio Nocerino as well as the co-ownership of Davide Lanzafame.

The Turin based club will not budge over Sebastian Giovinco and this may see the deal stall as Palermo are adamant on landing the young star but Juve are reluctant to offer the player as he is believed to be an important part of Claudio Ranieri's plans for next season.
